1. Registration Certificate from SECP (single member company or preferably Pvt. Co.) Reflecting 10% share in revenue and 2% share in equity for BIC's Nominee as per approved SOPs.
2. A Brief of your business/products upto 500 words.
3. Business Model Canvas of your Startup
3. NTN Registration (in the name of business/personal NTN is not sufficient)
4. Proof that you are a student/faculty member/researcher in a HEI (higher educational institution) in Public or Pvt sector.
5. A Clear Copy of your CNIC (front & back)
6. Your mobile number (network name) & email ID.
7. A cover letter affirming that all information provided is true as per your belief & knowledge and in case of contrary BIC-GCUF reserves the right to revoke issued Edorsement and take disciplinary action against mischievous. This letter must be signed by the applicant.

Note: Provide credentials of your business/company instead of personal information.

Faculty Led Startups will be Endorsed by @⁨Dr Rizwan Shabbir⁩ & students and alumni led startups will be Endorsed by Liaquat (myself) through Manager BIC @⁨Dr Mohsin Bashir Sb⁩.

Due Date & Time:
11 January 2023 during office hours i.e. 9am to 4pm in BIC'S Office New Campus to give us reasonable time to review your application.
