جو شخص مال خرچ کرنے کی استطاعت رکھتا ہے اس پر مال خرچ کرنا واجب ہے اور جو زخمیوں کے علاج کی سکت رکھتا ہے اس پر زخمیوں کا علاج لازم ہے اور جو تحریر لکھنے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے یا میڈیا پر اپنا موقف پیش کر سکتا ہے یہی اس کے ذمہ ہے فرض ہے۔ جو شخص بھی کسی بھی کام کی صلاحیت و اسطاعت رکھتا ہے تو اس فریضے سے اپنی صلاحیت و استطاعت کو (اہل غزہ) کے حق میں استعمال کر کے ہی بری الذمہ ہو سکتا ہے ۔

Majority of people aren't satisfied from their public sector job, coz they have potential to do better work but authorities restrict them to stay in the limited circle they owe. A part from this, the old people have phobia of new people and they start leg-pulling mechanism without any respect of situation handling, knowledge and vicarious habits of newcomers if they have.
A lot of others also reinforce them to more dissatisfaction includes,

Suppress them as subordinate
Rigidity in behavior

Unnecessary advises
Now what newcomers do ?
Try to resist
Outspoken in some matters
Refuse to follow orders

Then if not succeeded?
Try to make relation as good as old have
Try to figure out weaknesses

Focus on payback mechanism
