We are planning to held a convocation for distribution of degrees.

All interested students, please let us know your valued suggestions ....

any student of MBA/M.Com who enrolled for session 2013-2017

1. Boys should be well dressed and try to wear suit, girls should also be well dressed, don't chew any thing in front of examiners, don't bring sunglasses in the hall, exhibit yourself as professional, all must leave mobiles outside the examination hall....
2. All must have pen & roll slip in hand when candidate sit in front of examiners, they will offer candidate a pen for attendance... ALL should use own pen to sign the attendance sheet... which will give a positive impression.
3. Keep a positive n little smile on face while answering their questions
4. try to give at least 2 answers against their every question
5. try to shift the minds of examiners towards the field/department of which u have enough knowledge and u feel comfortable to answer about that field. it can be happened if u succeed to develop the interest of examiners towards that specific field.
6. Don't give any irrelevant answer.
7. They can try to find whether you have copy/pasted the report or made by yourself...... so be ready and give satisfactory answers...
8. MBA Marketing students must be prepared enough on SWOT & PEST analysis, company's introduction, no. of employees/staff, products / services, turnover (local, export), suppliers & customers...
9. M .Com & MBA finance students must be studied and memorized enough about company's introduction, financial statements, financial reports & annexures which they have exhibited in their reports.
10. Don't try to over confident which is being counted in negative marking.
11. Prepare your mind that you are the real employee or employer of the company which u have elaborated in your report and u only have the true knowledge of that company...
12. Don't loose your confidence.... which the most critical & crucial element while giving viva voce.
13. You will sit in front of 4 examiners and all can question u. So prepare your mind that question can be raised from anyone. You need to focus their question & your answer not on the person who ask. if you start focusing the persons then you will definitely loose the confidence.
