We, the Ahlus-Sunnah Wal-Jama'ah only celebrate two Eids. Eid ul-Fitr and Eid ul-Adha. There is no concept of any Eid other than these two.
The 18th of Dhul-Hijjah is the day of the martyrdom of Hazrat Uthman Ghani (RA). A certain sect celebrates Eid ul-Ghadeer on this day.
We should avoid congratulating on this occasion, liking posts related to it, sharing and posting them on statuses on social media.
May Allah ﷻ keep us, our children and future generations associated with the religion of Islam. May Allah ﷻ protect us from false beliefs, view, innovations and falsehood. May Allah ﷻ grant us an ending on the Deen of Islam. Ameen.
