🌧️🌿 پاکستان میں برسات کے بعد…

برسات گزر جائے تو جیسے قدرت اپنا نیا لباس پہن لیتی ہے۔ 🌱

درختوں پر نئی کونپلیں،
پتوں پر تازہ سبز رنگ،
گھاس پر نمی کی تازگی،
اور شاخوں پر کھلے ہوئے رنگ برنگے پھول… 🌼🌺

آج اپنے باغیچے میں چہل قدمی کرتے ہوئے میری نظر ان خوبصورت مناظر پر پڑی تو دل نے کہا کہ ان لمحوں کو کیمرے میں محفوظ کر لینا چاہیے۔ 📸

کہیں پیلے پھولوں کی بہار،
کہیں سرخ پھولوں کے گچھے،
کہیں سفید اور ہلکے جامنی رنگ کی ننھی کلیاں…
ہر طرف اللہ تعالیٰ کی قدرت کے خوبصورت رنگ نظر آتے ہیں۔ 🤍

ہم اکثر خوبصورتی دیکھنے کے لیے دور جانے کا سوچتے ہیں،
حالانکہ کبھی کبھی اپنے ہی گھر کے باغیچے میں قدرت ایک خوبصورت منظر سجائے ہمارا انتظار کر رہی ہوتی ہے۔ 🌿

الحمدللہ!
قدرت کے یہ چھوٹے چھوٹے مناظر دل کو سکون دیتے ہیں اور یاد دلاتے ہیں کہ ہمارے اردگرد کتنی نعمتیں موجود ہیں۔ 🤍

🇵🇰 پاکستان کی برسات کے بعد کی خوبصورتی—سادہ، تازہ اور بے حد دلکش۔

🍎🍌🍇 Have you ever tried Pakistani Fruit Chaat? 🇵🇰

If you visit Pakistan, you’ll often find fruit chaat being prepared and sold at street stalls, market shops, refreshment shops, restaurants and even some bakeries.

And it’s not just one kind!

There is Masala Fruit Chaat 🌶️ — fresh fruits mixed with spices and chaat masala.

And then there is Cream Fruit Chaat 🤍 — like the one I made today, with chopped fruits combined with a creamy mixture.

Fruit chaat is especially popular during Ramadan and iftar, when fruit chaat stalls become particularly busy in many Pakistani cities.

But honestly, you don’t have to wait for Ramadan to enjoy it! 😊

In Pakistan, you can find people enjoying fruit chaat as a refreshing snack, buying a bowl from a nearby stall or shop, or simply making it at home with whatever seasonal fruits are available.

🍎 Apples
🍌 Bananas
🍇 Grapes
🥭 Mangoes
🍍 Pineapple
🍊 Seasonal fruits

And every family—and every shop—has its own little way of making it.

For me, food like this is more than just food. It brings back memories of Pakistan, family, markets, and everyday life. 🇵🇰❤️
