Al-Saiqa Association was Formed on 1 march 1992 by Grand Master Nasir Mahmood Black belt IV Syed ahmad hassan shah started this style in 1984 in karachi clifton park. he was the founder of Al-Saiqa. In 1987, he was martyred in ojri-camp. After him, the system was run by Grand master muhammad Jamsheed Rabbani (black belt VI Don) in 1987.
