As we gear up for the 4th International Conference on Educational Sciences and Research (ICESR-2024) scheduled for 1st & 2nd March, 2024 at Main Auditorium, University of Sargodha, Sargodha, I would like to invite you to submit abstracts for consideration from your students.

Preliminary visit of QEC to prepare documents for HEC evaluation of postgraduate programs, including M.Phil. education and PhD education.
Summary:
On November 30, 2023, a preliminary visit by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), led by Dr. Imran Ghafoor Chaudhary, Director of QEC at the University of Sargodha, was conducted at the Institute of Education, convened by Prof. Dr. Riffat-un-Nisa Awan. The primary objective of this visit was to initiate the documentation process required for the upcoming Higher Education Commission (HEC) evaluation of postgraduate programs, specifically focusing on M.Phil. education and PhD education.
The institute’s QEC team, including Dr. Muhammad Nadeem Anwar, Dr. Asma Khaizar, Mr. Muhammad Ishfaq, and Mr. Naveed Afzal presented a comprehensive review of the existing data and documentation about the evaluation of M.Phil and Ph.D programs and their overall review. The QEC team leader Dr. Chaudhary valued the institute’s effort to accomplish the QEC data and appreciated team members of the Institute of Education regarding the accomplishment of all essential documents, including enrolled and graduated students' details details area of expertise, curriculum revision, workload distribution, research output, and thesis allotment, were meticulously compiled and organized for the impending evaluation by the HEC.
The institute’s director also commended the QEC team for their dedication and meticulous preparation during the visit. Their collaborative efforts, combined with the support and cooperation extended by Prof. Dr. Riffat-un-Nisa Awan and her team, have laid a strong foundation for the forthcoming evaluation process. The commitment displayed by all involved parties reflects positively on the University of Sargodha's commitment to quality enhancement in higher education.
