Celebrating Waheed Wain Incubation Center’s Rapid Rise

A proud milestone under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Qaisar Abbas.

Established in 2023, Waheed Wain Incubation Centre (WWIC) earned HEC recognition in 2024 and received a financial grant to become self-sustained. In its first HEC evaluation in 2025, announced today, WWIC achieved *X-Category BIC status* with 70 marks and was ranked among Pakistan’s premier business incubation centers.

I still remember the early days when the first teams walked in with little more than an idea and a laptop. Today, that same space is turning those ideas into startups, skills, and job opportunities.

We are nurturing talent, innovation, and entrepreneurship for a better, brighter Pakistan.
