بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب کے ترجمان نے اپنی جاری کردہ بیان میں ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف کالجز اینڈ ہائیر ایجوکیشن بلوچستان کی سست روی اور نا اہلی کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے، ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف بلوچستان ہمیشہ کی طرح اس سال بھی طلباء کے لیے مسائل پیدا کر رہا ہے۔ ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف کالجز اینڈ ہائیر ایجوکیشن کو بار بار یاد دھانی کرانے کے باوجود بھی ریزرو سیٹس کی لسٹ آویزاں کرنے میں بہت دیر کر دی۔

ترجمان نے مزید بتایا کہ ریزرو سیٹس کے لئے نومینیشن لیٹرز دیر سے ملنے کی وجہ سے اب یونیورسٹیاں داخلہ دینے سے انکار کر رہے ہیں۔ کیونکہ یونیورسٹیوں نے پہلے سے ڈائریکٹوریٹ کو بتایا تھا کہ ابھی ہم مزید انتظار نہیں کر سکتے اور ہم اس سال کا داخلہ بند کر رہے ہیں۔ اس کے باوجود بھی ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف کالجز اینڈ ہائیر ایجوکیشن بلوچستان نے سنجیدگی کا مظاہرہ نہیں دکھایا اور یورنیورسٹی انتظامیہ کو لسٹ مہیا نہیں کیا۔

ترجمان نے مزید بتایا کہ بلوچستان میں خواندگی کی شرح پہلے سے بہت کم ہے اس کے باوجود بھی ڈائریکٹوریٹ اتنی غیر زمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کرکے اس کو مزید کم ست کم تر کرنے کی چکروں میں ہے۔ ڈائریکٹوریٹ کی نا اہلی اور غیر سنجیدگی کی وجہ سے طلباء کا تعلیمی سال ضائع ہو رہا ہے۔ جس سے ہمیں لگتا ہے کہ ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف کالجز اینڈ ہائیر ایجوکیشن کی طرف سے یہ ایک تعلیم دشمن پالیسی ہے۔

ترجمان نے اپنی جاری کردہ بیان کے آخر میں کہا کہ بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب، ڈائریکٹوریٹ آف ایجوکیشن کے اس رویئے کو تشویش ناک عمل سمجھتا ہے اور اس کے خلاف شال میں پریس کانفرنس اور احتجاج کا اعلان کرتا ہے۔ ہم شال میں موجود تمام تعلیم دوست، طلباء تنظیم، صحافی حضرات اور تمام طبقہ فکر کے لوگوں سے شرکت کی اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ وہ آئیں اور اس تعلیم دشمن عمل کے خلاف ہمارا ساتھ دیں ۔
