In January 2024, we took over the PPC advertising account of one of our clients, facing a challenge with a high Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) of 39%. This prompted us to delve deep into the account's performance and strategize for effective optimization.

Upon assuming control of the PPC account, our primary concern was the exorbitant ACOS of 39% in January. This high ACOS indicated inefficient spending on advertisements, leading to a substantial waste of resources without yielding desired returns.
