Respected Sir,
With due respect, we, the School Teaching Interns serving across all Government Schools of Punjab, would like to humbly submit this request.
Over the past one year, we have served with full dedication, passion, and efficiency. Our efforts have played a significant role in maintaining academic continuity in government schools. The recent Board results across Punjab are a clear testament to the excellent performance delivered by STIs alongside permanent staff.
As the summer holidays are ending on *23rd August 2026*, we kindly request you to please issue *fresh joining orders for all performing STIs* at the earliest, so that we can resume our duties without any gap and ensure students do not suffer.
Furthermore, we respectfully request an *increase in our monthly stipend/salary to Rs. 70,000*. Due to high inflation, most of the STIs are the sole breadwinners of their families and belong to the middle-class background. This increment will help us continue our services with greater motivation and financial stability.
We are extremely grateful to *Her Excellency Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz Sharif*, for her visionary leadership and continued efforts for the uplift of education in Punjab. We are confident that under your guidance and her support, the future of Punjab’s education will remain bright.
We shall be highly obliged for your kind consideration and prompt action on this matter.
