Fazaia Degree College, Risalpur is situated in the remote town of Risalpur, which is famous for the PAF Academy Asghar Khan Risalpur. Risalpur lies 8 km from Nowshera and 16 km from Mardan city. It is easily approachable for all students of Nowshera, Mardan and Risalpur.

Fazaia Degree College started as primary school in 1961 and then upgraded to middle level in 1967. In 1978 SSC classes were started while in 1979, it elevated to level of Inter College. Subsequently, in 1999 the college was given the status of Degree college and degree classes also started.
