اِنَّمَا الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ خَافَ بِالْوَعِیْدِ
عید انکی نہیں جنہوں نے عمده لباس زیب تن کر لیا بلکه عید تو انکی ہے جو الله کی وعید اور پکڑ سے ڈر گئے.
لَیْسَ الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ تَبَخَّرَ بِالْعُوْدِ
اِنَّمَا الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ تَابَ وَلَا یَعُوْدُ
عید انکی نہیں جنہوں نے آج عمده خوشبوؤں کا استعمال کیا بلکه عید تو انکی ہے جنہوں نے اپنے گناہوں کی توبه کی اور پهر اس پر قائم رہے.
لَیْسَ الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ نَصَبَ الْقُدُوْرَ
اِنَّمَا الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ سَعَدَ بِالْمَقْدُوْرِ
عید انکی نہیں جنہوں نے عمده کهانوں کی ڈشیں پکائیں بلکه عید تو انکی ہے جنہوں نے حتی الامکان مقدور کے ساتھ سعادت حاصل کی اور نیک بننے کی کوشش کی.
لَیْسَ الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ تَزَیَّنَ بِزِیْنَةِ الدُّنْیَا
اِنَّمَا الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ تَزَوَّدَ بِزَادِ التَّقْویٰ
عید انکی نہیں جنہوں نے دنیاوی زیب و زینت اختیار کی بلکه عید تو انکی ہے جنہوں نے تقویٰ اور پرهیزگاری کو اختیار کیا اور اسے اپنا توشه بنایا.
لَیْسَ الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ رَکِبَ الْمَطَایَا
اِنَّمَا الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ تَرَکَ الْخَطَایَا
عید انکی نہیں جنہوں نے عمده عمده سواریوں ، گاڑیوں پر سواری کی بلکه عید تو انکی ہے جنہوں نے گناہوں کو چهوڑ دیا.
لَیْسَ الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ بَسَطَ الْبَسَاطَ
اِنَّمَا الْعِیْدُ لِمَنْ جَاوَزَ الصِّرَاطَ
عید انکی نہیں جنہوں نے اعلیٰ درجه فرش سے اپنے مکانوں کو آراسته کیا بلکه عید تو انکی ہے جو پل صراط سے گزر گئے۔
