RULES AND REGULATION
• Students are advised to come to school in neat and clean uniform.
• Students are required to be punctual and regular.
• Students are not allowed to bring mobile or any other devices to school.
• Parents are required to pay the school dues latest by 5th of each calendar month.
• Parents are required to discuss only academic issues directly with management when they visit school.
• Parents are strongly advised to keep an eye on the activities of their kids at home and on other places outside school.
• Parents are advised to pay the dues for Feb, Mar in Feb every year. AMENITIES AND EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Extracurricular activities play an important role in the growth and development of students. AES has
introduced a wide range of extracurricular activities including Quiz Competitions, Debates, Arts and
Sports. Students of all grades are highly encouraged to participate in these activities. IQRA PROJECT
In order to promote the moral values in all students, AES has incorporated NAZRA education in the
curriculum, which is mandatory for all students. This way student(s) can improve their understanding of
Islam and reading skills of the Holy Quran. HYGIENE / HEALTH AWARENESS PROJECT
Students of all grades are encouraged to take care of cleanliness at home and school so that they can
maintain good physical and mental health. For this students are informed of any diseases and precaution
periodically. SPOKEN ENGLISH PROJECT
For all students to speak and understand English, special classes are conducted so that students can
play an important role globally when needed. PARENT / TEACHER ASSEMBLY
In view of continuous improvement of educational process, Parents are always encouraged to give their
feedback at least once in a month. Parents are also advised to collect terminal results themselves so that
they can communicate with management directly about the academic progress of their kids. TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME
In order to meet the challenging and changing curriculum, AES has maintained a teacher training
programme so that all faculty members at AES can maintain their up-to-date knowledge and teaching
techniques. REMEDIAL CLASSES PROJECT
AES has introduced a new project that focuses those students who are below a certain level. The
purpose of these remedial classes is to make sure that all weak students can improve their understanding
and learning skills considerably. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE PROJECT
AES emphasizes and encourages students of all grades to participate in the G.K project that includes Q/A on various topics e.g. Islamic History, Science, Geography, etc. to enhance their knowledge in all disciplines of life. GENERAL AMELIORATION PROJECT
AES has pays special heed to develop positive thinking and attitude in all students. For this AES has maintained a checklist of more than 30 areas for which students are evaluated on weekly basis and reports are presented to parents on demand basis. The purpose of this project is to enhance confidence in students as well as create sense of responsibility in them. FACEBOOK PROJECT
In this technological era of 21st century, AES has initiated the process to enable the students of all grades to visit school’s FB page for updates and can interact with management for their questions online.
