How to Perform a Spiritual Audit:
1. Review the Foundations: How is your relationship with the five daily prayers? Are they performed on time, with Khushu (focus), or are they rushed?
2. Examine the Tongue: Do your words build people up or tear them down? Do you guard against backbiting and unnecessary conflict?
3. Identify the "Heart-Thieves": What habits or distractions tale you away from the and Dhikr? Is it social media, procrastination, or excessive worry about the Dunya?
