جمعہ کو سارا دن زیادہ سے زیادہ درود شریف پڑھا کرو اور
اپنے اور سب کے لئے بہت ساری دعائیں مانگا کرو!

حضرت ابوہریرہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جمعہ میں ایک گھڑی ایسی ہوتی ہے
کہ مسلمان اس گھڑی میں اللہ تعالیٰ سے جو بھلائی بھی مانگے گا
اللہ تعالیٰ اسے عطا فرما دیں گے اور وہ گھڑی بہت تھوڑی دیر رہتی ہے

جمعے کے دن کی فضیلت :

نماز جمعہ کے ليے غسل کرنا ، خوشبو لگانا ، جلدی جانا ، جمعے کے دن دعا کرنے اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر درود پڑهنے اس میں قبولیت کی گهڑی کا اور جعمے کے بعد کثرت سے الله کا ذکر کرنے کا بیان ہے

سب سے پہلے قرآن کی آیات سوره جمعہ ٩-١٠ -١١

اے ایمان والو جب جمعہ کے دن نماز کے لیے اذان دی جائے تو ذکر الہیٰ کی طرف لپکو اور خرید و فروخت چھوڑ دو تمہارے لیے یہی بات بہتر ہے اگر تم علم رکھتے ہو ﴿۹﴾ پس جب نماز ادا ہو چکے تو زمین میں چلو پھرو اور الله کا فضل تلاش کرو اور الله کو بہت یاد کرو تاکہ تم فلاح پاؤ ﴿۱۰﴾ اور جب وہ لوگ تجارت یا تماشہ دیکھتے ہیں تو اس پر ٹوٹ پڑتے ہیں اور آپ کو کھڑا ہوا چھوڑ جاتے ہیں کہہ دو جو الله کے پاس ہے وہ تماشا اور تجارت سے کہیں بہتر ہے اور الله بہتر روزی دینے والا ہے ﴿۱۱﴾


حدیث نبوی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم:

جمعہ بہترین دن :
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا:

خَیرُ یَومَ طَلَعَت عَلَیہِ الشَّمسُ یَومُ الجُمُعَۃِ فِیہِ خُلِقَ آدَمُ، وَ فِیہِ اُدخِلَ الجَنَّۃ، وَ فِیہِ اُخرِجَ مِنھَا وَ لَا تَقُومُ السَّاعَۃُ اِلَّا فِی یَومِ الجُمُعَۃِ

"بہترین دن، جس پر سورج طلوع ہوکر چمکے،جمعہ کا دن ہے- اسی دن آدمّّ علیہ السلام پیرا ہوئے،اسی دن جنت میں داخل کئے گئے،اسی دن جنت سے زمین پر اتارے گئے اور قیامت بھی جمعہ کے دن قائم ہوگی .
