*میں نے ہندوستان کے طول وعرض میں سفر کیا ہے.. مجھے کوئی بھی شخص بھکاری یا چور نظر نہیں آیا.. اس ملک میں میں نے بہت دولت دیکھی ہے، لوگوں کی اخلاقی اقدار بلند ہیں اور سمجھ بوجھ اتنی اچھی ہے کہ میرے خیال میں ہم اس وقت تک اس ملک کو فتح نہیں کر سکتے، جب تک ہم ان کی دینی و ثقافتی اقدار توڑ نہ دیں جو ان کیلئے ریڑھ کی ہڈی کی حیثیت رکھتی ہیں.. اس لیے میں یہ تجویز کرتا ہوں کہ ہم ان کا قدیم نظامِ تعلیم اور تہذیب تبدیل کریں، کیونکہ اگر ہندوستانی لوگ یہ سمجھیں کہ ہر انگریزی اور غیر ملکی شے ان کی اپنی اشیاء سے بہتر ہے تو وہ اپنا قومی وقار اور تہذیب کھو دیں گے اور حقیقتاً ویسی ہی مغلوب قوم بن جائیں گے جیسا ہم انہیں بنانا چاہتے ہیں..*

1 year Language course-partial scholarship- 8000 RMB
4 year Bachelor's degree- partial scholarship- 10000 RMB,
Master's degree full scholarship- 11000 RMB,
PhD. Full scholarship-12500 RMB.
Master degree has 2-3 year course duration, PhD has 3-4 year course duration
MBBS admission: 30000 RMB is a service charge. Need bank statement of Rs 700000. NEET scorecard.
For MBBS admission, 5000 RMB deposit is required which is reimbursed When the student comes.
