Experience: 2 years

Role & Responsibilities:

-Manage the organization's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

-Prepare and analyse financial statements.

-Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.

-Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

-Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies.

-Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and recommend necessary adjustments.

-Support internal control initiatives, assist in the preparation of tax returns and perform periodic internal audits.

Accountant (Male/Female)
Emerging Horizons Pvt. Ltd. is looking to recruit Experienced Accountants for their Islamabad office, who are MBA/(ACCA/CA/CIMA part-qualified) and have 1-2 years minimum experience.

-Prepare and record journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
-Track and monitor accounts receivable and payable aging and if needed follow up collections and payments with the related stakeholders
-Record supplier and customer invoices and related credit notes.
-Perform supplier and customer reconciliations for accounts discrepancies.
-Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
-Update financial data in a timely manner
-Follow up on suppliers’ payments and customers' collections and inquiries to be communicated with the related stakeholders.
-Follow up and obtain the WTH receipts from the customers to be recorded and send WTH receipts to our suppliers upon request.
-Candidate must be able to prepare Trail Balance, P&L accounts, Balance sheet, VAT returns, and Management accounts and meet deadlines.
-Candidates with Audit Firm experience will be preferred.
-Both Male & Female candidates can apply.

Salary: 25k-35k per month.
