چھوار میں تعلیمی اداروں میں اساتذہ کی شدید کمی کے خلاف ہونے والے عوامی احتجاج کی ہم مکمل حمایت کرتے ہیں اور اس صورتحال پر اپنی گہری تشویش کا اظہار کرتے ہیں۔
ہم اس بات پر افسوس کا اظہار کرتے ہیں کہ ایک ماہ قبل متعلقہ حکام کی جانب سے مسائل کے فوری حل کی یقین دہانی کرائی گئی تھی، تاہم اب تک اس حوالے سے کوئی عملی پیش رفت سامنے نہیں آ سکی۔
چھوار کے مختلف تعلیمی اداروں میں متعدد اساتذہ ریٹائر ہو چکے ہیں، لیکن ان کی جگہ نئی تعیناتیاں نہیں کی گئیں۔ اسی طرح DG ایجوکیشن کے دورۂ گھانچھے کے دوران جن اساتذہ کے تبادلے کیے گئے تھے، ان کی خالی آسامیوں پر بھی تاحال نئی تعیناتیاں عمل میں نہیں لائی گئیں۔
مزید برآں GHS چھوار میں ایک OT ٹیچر کی تعیناتی کے باوجود ان کی مسلسل غیر حاضری تعلیمی عمل میں رکاوٹ کا باعث بن رہی ہے۔ اساتذہ کی شدید کمی کے باعث طلبہ کی تعلیم بری طرح متاثر ہو رہی ہے، جس پر والدین اور طلبہ میں شدید تشویش پائی جاتی ہے۔
CSO-Chowar Students Organization حکومتِ وقت اور محکمۂ تعلیم سے پرزور مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ:
تمام خالی آسامیوں کو فوری طور پر پُر کیا جائے
غیر حاضر اساتذہ کے خلاف مؤثر اور فوری کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے
طلبہ کے تعلیمی مستقبل کو مزید نقصان سے بچانے کے لیے ہنگامی بنیادوں پر اقدامات کیے جائیں
ہم واضح کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ تعلیم کسی بھی معاشرے کی بنیاد ہے، اور اس بنیادی حق میں مسلسل غفلت ناقابلِ قبول ہے۔
📚 تعلیم ہر بچے کا بنیادی حق ہے — اور اس پر کوئی سمجھوتہ نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔

The Chowar Students Organization proudly shares the outstanding achievement of Sharjeel Ibrahim, son of Dr, Ibrahim who was honored at the Annual Parents’ Day 2025 of Cadet College Hasan Abdal.
According to the official certificate, Sharjeel Ibrahim secured 3rd Position in North Pakistan for achieving the best academic result across Five Cambridge AS-Level subjects (June 2025) and was awarded a Gold Medal along with a Certificate of Excellence.
MashaAllah, this remarkable accomplishment is a true reflection of his hard work, academic brilliance, and unwavering commitment to excellence. His success brings great pride to his family, institution, and the entire Chowar community.

On behalf of the Chowar Students Organization (CSO), we warmly congratulate Abiha Noreen, daughter of Muhammad Bashir, on securing first position at the DDO level in the Grade 8 Board of Elementary Examination Gilgit-Baltistan (BEEGB).

This remarkable achievement reflects her hard work, dedication, and strong interest in education. We also sincerely appreciate the efforts of the DDO, school administration, and teachers for their valuable guidance and support. Due to their continuous efforts, the school achieved a 100% pass result in Grade 8, which is a matter of great pride for everyone.

افتتاحی تقریب سی ایس او ایمپاورمنٹ سکالرشپ پروگرام

اسلام علیکم
امید ہے آپ سب خیریت سے ہوں گے۔ ہمیں یہ بتاتے ہوئے انتہائی خوشی محسوس ہو رہی ہے کہ آج بروز 18 جنوری 2026ء کو چھوار اسٹوڈنٹس آرگنائزیشن کے زیرِ اہتمام ایک غیر معمولی تقریب چھوار ہاؤس، راولپنڈی میں منعقد ہوئی۔
اس تقریب کے مہمانِ خصوصی سابق وزیرِ گلگت بلتستان حاجی عبد الحمید صاحب تھے۔ اس موقع پر چھوار کے معززینِ علاقہ اور کثیر تعداد میں لوگوں نے شرکت کی۔
تقریب کا آغاز جناب فقیر بوا محمد علی نے معزز مہمانوں کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ اس کے بعد جنرل سیکرٹری چھوار اسٹوڈنٹس آرگنائزیشن جناب قمر نے تنظیم کے اغراض و مقاصد اور کارکردگی پر مشتمل ایک تفصیلی خلاصہ پیش کیا۔
بعد ازاں چھوار اسٹوڈنٹس آرگنائزیشن کی جانب سے سی ایس او ایمپاورمنٹ اسکالرشپ کا باضابطہ افتتاح مہمانِ خصوصی حاجی عبد الحمید صاحب کے ہاتھوں کیا گیا۔
اس کے بعد سینئر سی ایس او ممبر جناب زکریہ صاحب نے سی ایس او کے اسکالرشپ پروگرام اور تنظیم کے مقاصد پر تفصیل سے روشنی ڈالی۔
اپنے خطاب میں حاجی عبد الحمید صاحب نے سی ایس او اسکالرشپ پروگرام کے لیے ایک لاکھ روپے کا اعلان کیا اور مستقبل میں بھی تعاون جاری رکھنے کی یقین دہانی کروائی۔ آخر میں چھوار اسٹوڈنٹس آرگنائزیشن کی جانب سے معزز مہمانوں اور شرکاء کا تہہ دل سے شکریہ ادا کیا گیا۔
