Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Looking for a dynamic role where you can shine? Meta Link BPO is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team at our Rawalpindi office. As a CSR, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of CSR experience
Customer service and support skills
Cold calling experience to reach out to prospects
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to prospects.
Fluent in English
Prior experience in customer service / call center (Closer Role) preferred
