Allah Almighty says in Holy Quran,

وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ

"And We have indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember: then is there any that will receive admonition?"
