The conference, "Modern Principles of Research in the Light of Quran and Sunnah," was conducted in GCCW Zafar Ul Haq Road RWP on 25 Nov, 2025.

It was graced by several esteemed guests speakers from renowned institutions such as Dr Zahida, Dr Athar Qaseem, Dr Babar Zaidi as well as Dr Humera Ashfaq who was the chief guest of the event.

It was a crucial event designed to bridge the perceived gap between Islamic values and modern research methodology. The purpose was to integrate Islamic ethical and methodological principles into contemporary academic research specifically for the graduating students.
The speakers, including the HOD Islamiyat Department Mrs. Anila Hafeez and HOD Mrs. Samina Kausar, emphasized that the Quran and Sunnah provide a dynamic and timeless framework for seeking knowledge, promoting ethical conduct, and ensuring the social and moral relevance of academic work. For graduation students, the key takeaway was that their research projects should not only meet modern scientific standards but also embody the highest moral principles of integrity and justice as mandated by Islam.

In the end, the Host Dr Shabana Amanullah gave the vote of thanks and urged the students to adopt the latest trends in research by following the footprints of the leaders in their field.
The conference was concluded with the national anthem.
