Million Smiles is offering a Three Days Leadership Trek that has 'sheer potential' to affect participant's perspectives and behaviors and transfer these learnings into real life.

Young participants of the program would be visiting and learning along with Pakistan's renowned CEO, Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, and Inspirational leader Mr. Zeshan Afzal (Co-Founder, Million Smiles) for three days on an inspirational journey.

This training ensures grooming of the participants in the areas of knowledge, vision, exposure and leadership traits by providing them the opportunity to practically practice & polish their skills while serving in team-based activities like hiking, bonfire, sightseeing, fun & much more.

The working methods in this program include games, energizers, icebreakers, team building exercises, discussions, debates & presentations. This certainly helps the members discover what they are capable of, improve their confidence and teach them how one could develop a healthy relationship with other people of the community.
