“Assessment of Lifestyle Behaviour and its Association in Different Professions of Twin Cities Using Short Multidimensional Inventory Lifestyle Evaluation – Confinement (SMILE-C) Questionnaire: A Cross-sectional Survey”

This cross-sectional survey assessed lifestyle patterns across five professional groups (doctors, teachers, IT specialists, bankers, and laborers) using the SMILE-C questionnaire—an established tool widely applied during the COVID-19 era in the West, but yet to be extensively utilized in Pakistan.

📊 These findings underscore the impact of occupation on lifestyle behavior, emphasizing the need for profession-specific health interventions to enhance overall community well-being.
