Do you want your child to pray on time?

We teach them ABCs before they can even sit up straight.
We make sure they never miss school.
We remind them about homework, tests, and deadlines.

We don’t delay these things because we know they matter.

So why do we let Deen wait?

You keep asking, yet the answer seems delayed. You begin to wonder if your dua will ever be answered…

At such moments, the dua of Prophet Zakariyya (peace be upon him) gives us hope. 🤍

"My Lord, indeed my bones have weakened, and my hair has turned grey, and never have I been disappointed in my prayer to You, my Lord." (Surah Maryam, 19:4)

Despite his old age and difficult circumstances, Prophet Zakariyya (peace be upon him) continued to call upon Allah. Allah then gave him his son Yahya (peace be upon him) in a very old age.

This reminds us to keep turning to Allah in every situation and never lose hope in His mercy. 🤍

What if the small, tired moments with your child are actually the ones being weighed the heaviest in your amaal?

As your intention changes, the task itself remains the same—but Allah rewards you for that same task based on the niyyah behind it. And that's what matters the most.

So before you begin any good deed, renew your Niyyah.

🤍 “Ya Allah, I am doing this for Your sake. Accept it from me. Make it a source of goodness for my child. And let the Qur'an become the light of their heart and the guide of their life.”

Because one day, your child may forget the lessons you taught them…

But the love for Allah and His Qur'an that you planted in their heart may stay with them for a lifetime.

Our Deen teaches us to value ourselves. Our body is an amanah and a precious gift from Allah, so taking good care of both our body and our soul is our responsibility to become stronger Momins.

On Jummah, taking ghusl is a beautiful Sunnah. Trimming our nails, wearing clean clothes, and applying a touch of perfume are small acts, but they remind us that how we carry ourselves matters.

Before standing in Salah, we should present ourselves in the best version of ourselves out of love, respect, and gratitude to Allah.

So whenever you get ready for Jummah or any other Salah, remember: you are not just getting dressed you are following a beautiful Sunnah of our beloved Prophet ﷺ.
