I Hope You must have recieved time tables for your respective classes, and all the class teachers must have shared it with their students (daily lecture plan has also been given to the teachers by their HODs)

Follow the following important Instructions:

1. Check your mobile signals before delivering the lectures vigilantly.

2. For Clarity of sound make it sure that lecture must be delivered in isolation

3. You must have enough data package/balance for successful completion of lecture

4. You must get online 5 minutes prior to lecture delivery time

5. Make it sure that audio and video at students side must be mute before starting lecture.

6. You must keep one additional teacher online for your assistance in case a student keep the audio and video on during the lecture, assistance wouls be provided by that additional teacher

7. Take a screen shot and share it with your students at the end of lecture.

8. Lecture time must not exceed 30 minutes.

9.Administration will keenly monitor your lectures
