🔹INGREDIENTS🔹

🔸FOR DOUGH🔸

Flour 250 g
Rangkaat 1/4 tsp
Baking soda. 1/2 tsp
Orange food colour 1 pinch
Water 140 ml

🔹PROCEDURE🔹

¶Add flour and rangkaat (hydro) in a bowl.
¶Add water and mix with your hands until flowing consistency.
¶At this point add baking soda and again mix.
¶Now pour this mixture into ketchup bottle and shape the jalebis in frying pan on medium heat.
¶Once crisp from both sides dip in sugar syrup for 3-4 minutes and serve.

🔸FOR SUGAR SYRUP🔸

Sugar 700 g
Water 300 ml
Lemon 1
Cardamom. 1 tsp

🔹PROCEDURE 🔹

¶Add Water, sugar, lemon juice or slice and cardamom in a wok and cook until sugar dissolves.
¶Keep boiling syrup till u reached 1 string.

🔹INGREDIENTS🔹

Mutton chops ½ kg
ONION chopped 1 small
Ginger garlic paste 1 & ½ tbs
Salt. ½ tsp or
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Water 1 & ½ Cups
Coriander powder ½ tbs
Red chilli powder. 1 tsp
All spice powder. ½ tsp
Mace powder. 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder. 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds roasted 1 tsp
Green chilli paste 1 tbs
Lemon juice 1 tbs
Yogurt. ½ Cup
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbs
Tandoori masala 1 tbs
Cooking oil. 3 tbs
Charcoal for smoke

🔹PROCEDURE🔹

¶In pot,add mutton chops,onion,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder and water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes or until tender then cook on high flame until dries up.

¶Let it rest for 6-8 minutes.

¶In bowl,add coriander powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,mace powder,nutmeg powder, cumin seeds,green chilli paste,lemon juice,yogurt,fresh coriander,tandoori masala and mix well.

¶Add cooked mutton chops and coat well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.

¶In frying pan,add cooking oil,marinated mutton chops with remaining marinade,cover and cook on medium low flame for 5 minutes then cook uncovered from both sides until golden brown.

¶Give a charcoal for 2 minutes.
