Job Description:

* Proven experience as a Sr. Planning and Cost Engineer in Oil & Gas
Industry.
* Gulf Experience with a minimum overall experience of 8 to 12 years.
* Experienced personnel in Offshore Structural Fabrication projects
and EPC projects within the Oil & Gas Division, specifically focusing on the fabrication works for Jacket, Topside, Offshore Bridges, Offshore Brownfield items, Riser Stalk-Ons, etc.
* Background in Mechanical Engineering.
* Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost
control.
* Familiarity with project management software and tools like
Primavera P6 (V20), Microsoft Dynamics , MS office etc.
* Strong analytical skills for cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting
and EOT claims.
* Ability to develop and analyze project schedules, including critical
path analysis and Project Risk analysis.
* Experience in Cash Flows and Cost Reports.
* Familiarity with Earned Value Analysis.
* Familiarity with Productivity Measurements.
* Ability to identify and mitigate schedule risks and delays.
* Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with

Overview of the role:
Responsible for developing, tracking and guiding the most appropriate method and sequence of construction activities in conjunction with the Contract Requirements in order to ensure the project is completed timely and on budget.

What you will do :
Key Accountability 1: Contract Baseline Programme.

Responsible for :
Developing Contract Baseline Programme.

Key Accountability 2: Monitoring Progress - Engineering

Responsible for :
Preparing Engineering Registers in line with the Baseline Programme Requirements
Monitoring the progress of submissions & highlighting variance (if any) to the project team
Providing a look-ahead to the Engineering team

Key Accountability 3: Monitoring Progress - Procurement

Responsible for :
Preparing Procurement Register in line with Baseline Programme Requirements
Monitoring the progress of procurement & highlighting variance (if any) to the project team
Providing a look-ahead to the project team

Key Accountability 4: Monitoring & Reporting Progress

Responsible for :
Monitoring Work Progress & highlighting variance (if any) to the project team
Updating the Baseline Schedule
Prepare progress reports in accordance with the project requirements

Key Accountability 5: Resource Mobilisation Forecasting & Productivity Measures
