Think about the last thing you looked at today.
The screen you're reading this on.
The face of someone you love.
The sky above you.
The world around you.
All of it reaches you through a gift you rarely stop to think about: your sight.
Allah asks:
"Have We not given him two eyes?"
Surah Al-Balad 90:8
The human eye contains millions of specialized light-sensing cells that help us perceive the world around us. Rods help with sensitivity to light, while cones contribute to colour vision.
Yet the greatest lesson isn't simply how complex the eye is.
It's that we often live surrounded by blessings we have stopped noticing.
Look around you today.
See.
Reflect.
And say Alhamdulillah for the blessings you usually take for granted.

There are moments when the heart searches everywhere for peace.
We look for answers in people, distractions, achievements, and the world around us.
Yet the One who created your heart knows exactly how to calm it.
Returning to Allah is not about perfection. It is about turning back, no matter how far you've gone.
Every sincere step towards Him is met with His Mercy.
Never think you're too late.

Some sins are committed by a single person.
Riba is different.
The Messenger of Allah SAW did not only warn the one who takes interest. He also cursed the one who pays it, the one who records it, and those who witness it, then declared:
"They are all equal in sin."
This hadith reminds us that helping, facilitating, documenting, or approving something forbidden can also make a person share in its sin.
In a world where interest-based transactions have become common, every Muslim should learn the rulings of riba and strive to avoid participating in it in any form.
May Allah protect us from riba and grant us halal sustenance.

Sometimes we spend more time carrying our worries than handing them to the One who controls every outcome.
The Qur'an reminds us that after sincere effort comes trust.
Leave your matter to Allah—not because life is easy, but because His wisdom is greater than what we can see.
Do your best. Then let your heart rest in His decree.

Take a few moments today to reconnect with Allah.
• Increase your salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ.
• Make sincere du'a.
• Seek Allah's forgiveness.
• Recite Surah Al-Kahf if you are able.
• Make the most of the blessed hour in which du'a is accepted.
Small acts, done sincerely, can carry immense reward.

Tawakkul is often misunderstood.
It doesn't mean leaving everything to Allah while doing nothing.
The Prophet ﷺ taught us to take the means first, then place our complete trust in Allah.
Work hard.
Make sincere du'a.
Be patient.
Then leave the outcome to the One who never fails.
📖 "Tie it and trust in Allah."

But because Allah allowed it.

The Prophet ﷺ recommended Talbina as food for healing - not just for the body, but for the heart. “Mujimmah” means it strengthens and soothes the heart. Barley is light, easy to digest, and calming. This sunnah is for times of sickness, sadness, or anxiety. It’s nutrition + spiritual comfort together.
