Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Remote/ Work From Home)

Work Hours: 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Pakistan Time) - 4 hours a day.

Compensation: Performance-based (average 40k to 60k). Paid Bi-weekly (After every 15 days- on the 5th and 20th of every month).

Job Description:

We are currently seeking proactive and motivated individuals to join our team as Recruitment Specialists for Quarter IV. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a vital role in sourcing and engaging with US-based candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, facilitating their application processes, and contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

-Reach out to US-based candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
-Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
-Facilitate the application process for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
-Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent.
-Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

Requirements:

-Must have an active LinkedIn profile with 300 - 500+ connections.
-Excellent communication and writing skills.
-Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
-Availability to work approximately 4 hours daily, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
-Prior experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not required.
