On February 16th, the Institute of Health Science hosted its Annual Lunch, a memorable day of recognition and unity.
We were honored to have Mrs. Aniqa Amir as our Chief Guest, who inspired us with her words on academic excellence. Certificates were presented by Head of Department Dr. Rao Waqas, Prof. Dr. Shanawar, and senior faculty, acknowledging the hard work of our students and staff.
A highlight was the Best Student Award, given to an exceptional student from across the Health Sciences programs for their outstanding performance.
The event fostered camaraderie with a delightful lunch and a vibrant musical gala, providing entertainment and relaxation for all.
The IHS Annual Lunch 2026 concluded with lasting memories of appreciation, celebration, and togetherness.

An informative seminar on “Signs and Early Identification of Autism” was successfully held on 29th January 2026 at the Civil Auditorium, KFUEIT Rahim Yar Khan.
The session featured esteemed speakers Dr. Nelofar Rauf (Assistant Professor, National Institute of Psychology, QAU Islamabad) and Ms. Bakhtawar Aziz (Lecturer, Institute of Health Sciences, KFUEIT), who highlighted early diagnosis, awareness, and intervention in autism.
A special talk on the Role of Physiotherapy in Autism was delivered by Dr. Ayesha Ejaz (Lecturer, IHS, KFUEIT), emphasizing early intervention, functional independence, and improved quality of life through multidisciplinary rehabilitation.
The seminar concluded with a vote of thanks by Rao Muhammad Waqas Kaleem, Head, Institute of Health Sciences, KFUEIT, appreciating the importance of awareness-based initiatives for a well-informed and healthy society.
The event was organized by Differently Abled Self Help Society (DASH) in collaboration with the Institute of Health Sciences, KFUEIT.

The Sports Prize Distribution Ceremony of the Institute of Health Sciences was held on 26 December 2025 at the Civil Auditorium. The event was honored by the presence of Head Institute Of Health Sciences Rao M. Waqas Kaleem, who distributed shields and certificates among the students in recognition of their outstanding performances.
The Head of the Institute highly appreciated the dedication, discipline, and hard work of the students, admiring their continuous efforts and true spirit of sportsmanship throughout the sports activities. The ceremony concluded with a sense of pride, motivation, and encouragement for future participation.

The Sports Opening Ceremony was held at KFUEIT on 16 December 2025 with great enthusiasm and organization.
The Institute of Health Sciences marked its presence through a well-coordinated and disciplined entry march, proudly led by the Head of the Institute. The event reflected strong leadership, teamwork, and active participation from students and faculty members.
Students of the Institute of Health Sciences also showcased their talents through well-prepared representations, highlighting unity, creativity, and commitment. Their efforts, along with the dedicated coordination of the organizing teams, contributed significantly to the overall success of the ceremony.
