Dear Students,

Please find below instructions related to your end semester examination:

1.Students must have a roll number slip with readable QR Code and valid photo ID to appear in exam. Students without roll number slips shall not be allowed to appear in exam in any case.

2. Students reach the exam hall/room ten minutes before the start of the exam. No extra time shall be granted for candidates arriving late at examination venue.

3. Students shall not be allowed to leave the exam hall until the expiry of half an hour after the distribution of the question paper.

4. Any student found guilty of using Unfair Means, negligence and creating disturbance in or around the examination hall during the examination or found involved in any matter which falls in the category of unfair means shall be liable to disciplinary action. Please read Examination Regulations carefully available at https://kfueit.edu.pk/general-rules-regulations.

5. Mobile phones and smart watches are strictly prohibited in the examination halls and will be liable to disciplinary action under unfair means category.

6. Ensure to put your registration number and signatures on the answer sheets otherwise the answer sheets will not be evaluated.

7. Students whose examinations are scheduled in Community Center or New Teaching Block are advised to bring their writing board/clip boards. Sharing stationery items during examination is not allowed.

8. Students are required to bring their student cards to enter examination venue. Each student has to show his/her Student Card along with Roll number slip to invigilators before the start of examination.

9. No extra sheets will be provided in any case and you will be required to complete your paper on the provided main sheet.

10. Your departments will share your seating plan. Please make sure to know your seating room before coming to take the examination. As examinations are going to be conducted at central venues, you may face difficulties in fi

*Honhaar Scholarship*

Dear Student

I am directed to refer to subject noted above and to inform you that any awardee of the Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program who leaves or switches the university / institute at initial stage, said awardee is bound to repay his / her semester dues as per clause (xi) of Deed of Agreement duly signed by the awardee as under:

“If awardee withdraw from his/her program or fail to meet the terms of the awardeeship, he/she will be liable to refund all financial support provided under the Honhaar Awardeeship Program”

In this perspective you are hereby directed to follow the SOPs / instructions relevant to clearance of Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Program issued by Punjab Higher Education Commission to avoid any inconvenience.

*SFSC to open on Saturday and Sunday (4th and 5th January 2025)*

Dear Students,

SFSC will be open to facilitate students in their examination related queries over weekend (4th and 5th January 2025).

Those students who have cleared their outstanding dues are advised to allow upto 24 hours to automatically open their accounts, avoiding long queues at opening counters.
