Young Advocates Society - YAS Quetta.

Awareness workshop on the scholarships and general admissions criteria and procedure for LLM BAR AT Law and PHD in UK , the program was arranged at high court building Auditorium and was supported and sponsored by President high court bar Association and mostly seniors also participated to encourage the good and positive step for the welfare of lawyers. I being a focal person and organizer of the event am very thank full to all the worthy lawyers and seniors for support and President High Court for full support. I am thank full to barrister Muzafar umarani, Bilal Mohsin adv and barrister Aamir Lehri for lecture and the information they provided.
Few negative people just tried to hijack the event and tried their best to ruin my dignity in front of bar but they failed in their bad intentions just because good work could not be floped by negative and illiterate people who can not understand even the meaning of focal person of the event .....

All the worthy lawyers are encouraged to attend the awareness session ...

Today Young Advocates had a meeting over 3 points agenda and mostly Young advocates participated in the meeting
The agenda of the meeting was
1: Junior compensation
2: Magestriate examination/Appointment criteria
3: Scholarships for LLM & Bar at Law
Every individual gave his/her suggestions about 3 points and majority's decisions were finalized and draft was made
Further applications were written to the bar bodies law secretary and registrar of high court Baluchistan
With consent of general body meeting 7 members committee was formed which consist on 2 female and 5 male Young Advocates to represent other
The committee will meet the bodies and concerned authorities in this regard in near future soon IA ...

Biography
Arbab Gulzareen kasi was an eloquent lawyer, Juvenile activist and legal Aid consultant, over a past 4 year he was serving in lower and high courts of Baluchistan.
Arbab Gulzareen Kasi was born in Quetta on 2nd Nov 1980, he completed his early education from St Mary’s high school, after his matriculation in 1997 he intended to become Hafiz-ul- Quran, once he completed that he pursued his education. At very early age in 2002 he started working with Global movement for Children and Women as a Team supervisor in refugee camp of Baluchistan, A project of (UNHCR AND WFP) and served there till 2003.
After serving in an organization that works on ground for the betterment of women and children in refugee camps his commitment and dedication to juvenile and justice system brought him closed to the field of law. Soon in 2005 he completed his graduation from University of Baluchistan in Political science and History, later in 2005 he enrolled himself in LL.B in University Law College Quetta till 2008. After completing his LL.B he appeared for M.A (International Relation) and secured his Master degree.
He started practicing law in 2009 and received his Baluchistan Bar license in August 2010. Soon after receiving his license he started working as a Legal officer for SANJOG, (A project of European commission, Ministry of foreign affaires- Luxembourg and Ecpat Luxembourg) where he had to represent children in courts, Police station and other governmental authority.
He also worked as a Manager Juvenile justice with SPARC (Society for the protection of the Right of child) He attended many International Humanitarian Law Moot court competition and become its chief guest. Moreover he was member of International American bar council.
Subsequently he became a practicing lawyer in 2012, he was famous for his reverence to the rule of law, his elegant personality, eloquent and smile. He worked very hard in his short life to delivery justice to the poor and needy people and raised his voice against the injustice in society.
He was amongst the Martyred of August 08 and gave his life in the line of duty, serving Women and Children, he was the last refuge to juvenile justice in Baluchistan.
He was an happy Soul.

Dear Young Advocates it has been 46 days of the 8-8-16 Incident of Quetta Attack on Lawyers and from Monday i-e 26 of September Courts will b re open and scheduled Strike on Tuesday and Thursday will b going on every week for un announced period ....

All the worthy Lawyers of Baluchistan are informed to attend the chehlum of Martyred Lawyers of 8-8-16 to be held tomorrow i.e 23-09-2016..... at 09:00 am in proper dress in high court premises. Uniform is must.
