💙 "میری بیٹی آج اسکول سے آئی اور اس نے بتایا کہ اس کی ٹیچر کلاس میں رو پڑیں۔ میں نے سوچا کچھ برا ہوا ہوگا، مگر جب وجہ سنی تو مجھے بیٹھنا پڑ گیا۔" 💙

میرا نام کیرن ہے، میری عمر 43 سال ہے۔

میری بیٹی للی نو سال کی ہے۔ وہ بہت بولتی ہے، اتنا کہ اسکول سے آتے ہی باتیں شروع کرتی ہے اور سوتے سوتے بھی جملہ ادھورا چھوڑ دیتی ہے۔

لیکن میں ایک بات سیکھ چکی ہوں۔ اس کی مسلسل باتوں میں کچھ جملے ایسے ہوتے ہیں جن کا وزن الگ ہوتا ہے۔

پچھلے جمعرات وہ گاڑی میں بیٹھی اور بولی،
“مِسز ہینسی آج رو پڑیں۔”

میں نے آئینے میں دیکھا،
“سب ٹھیک ہے نا؟”

وہ بولی،
“ہاں وہ ٹھیک ہیں، وہ اس لیے روئیں کیونکہ ہم نے کچھ کیا۔”

مِسز ہینسی 61 سال کی ٹیچر ہیں، 34 سال سے پڑھا رہی ہیں۔ وہ ٹیچر جنہیں والدین چاہتے ہیں کہ ان کے بچوں کو ملے، اور ڈرتے ہیں کہ شاید نہ ملے۔

میں نے احتیاط سے پوچھا،
“تم لوگوں نے کیا کیا؟”

للی ہلکا سا مسکرائی اور بولی،
“آئیڈیا میرا تھا۔”

پھر اس نے بتایا۔ تین ہفتے پہلے مِسز ہینسی نے بتایا تھا کہ یہ ان کا آخری سال ہے، وہ جولائی میں ریٹائر ہو جائیں گی۔ انہوں نے اسے کوئی خاص بات نہیں بنایا، لیکن للی نے اسے دل میں رکھ لیا۔

اگلے دو ہفتے اس نے چپکے چپکے پوری کلاس کو organize کیا۔ لنچ بریک میں، فری پیریڈ میں، سرگوشیوں میں۔

اس نے ہر بچے سے کہا،
“تم ایک چیز لکھو، کوئی ایک خاص بات جو مِسز ہینسی نے تمہارے لیے کی اور تم کبھی نہیں بھولو گے۔”

عام تعریف نہیں، خاص باتیں۔

پھر اس نے سب کو اکٹھا کیا، ایک چھوٹی سی ہاتھ سے بنی کتاب میں۔

28 بچے، 28 یادیں۔

“آپ نے دیکھا تھا میں اداس ہوں اور بغیر بتائے میری سیٹ بدل دی۔”
“آپ نے کہا تھا میری کہانی سب سے اچھی ہے، اس کے بعد میں نے 6 اور کہانیاں لکھیں۔”
“آپ نے میری امی کو کال کی مگر مجھے نہیں بتایا تاکہ مجھے شرمندگی نہ ہو۔”
“آپ ہمیشہ ہمارا نام ایسے لیتے ہیں جیسے ہم اہم ہوں۔”

مِسز ہینسی نے صرف تین صفحے پڑھے، اور رک گئیں۔

للی کہتی ہے، انہوں نے کتاب میز پر رکھی، کھڑکی کی طرف دیکھا، پھر کلاس کی طرف دیکھا اور بس اتنا کہا،
“مجھے نہیں پتا تھا کہ تم لوگ نوٹس کرتے ہو۔”

28 نو سال کے بچے، سب کچھ دیکھ رہے تھے۔

میں گاڑی میں بیٹھی رہ گئی۔ للی گھر جا چکی تھی، لیکن میں وہیں بیٹھی سوچتی رہی۔ ہماری زندگی میں کتنے ایسے لوگ ہوتے ہیں جو quietly ہمیں بدل دیتے ہیں، اور خود کبھی نہیں جان پاتے کہ ان کے الفاظ کہاں تک پہنچے۔

میں نے اسی دن اسکول کی ویب سائٹ سے مِسز ہینسی کا ای میل نکالا اور انہیں لکھا کہ انہوں نے ایک بار للی سے کہا تھا،
“اگر تم فیل ہو جاؤ تو دوبارہ کوشش کرو، یہی اصل راز ہے۔”

للی آج بھی وہی جملہ بولتی ہے، کل بھی بول رہی تھی ہوم ورک کرتے ہوئے۔

اگلی صبح ان کا جواب آیا، صرف دو لائنیں:
“شکریہ، آپ کو اندازہ نہیں کہ ٹیچرز کو یہ سننے کی کتنی ضرورت ہوتی ہے کہ ان کے الفاظ کہاں گئے۔”

34 سال، وہ الفاظ دیتی رہیں اور کبھی نہیں جانا کہ وہ کہاں پہنچے۔

💙 اگر آپ کی زندگی میں بھی کوئی ایسا ٹیچر ہے جس نے آپ کو یا آپ کے بچے کو بدل دیا، تو آج ہی اسے بتائیں۔ ایک میسج، ایک کال، ایک خط۔

کیونکہ کچھ لوگ ہماری زندگی بدل دیتے ہیں، اور خود کبھی نہیں جان پاتے۔

Currently serving as Investigation Officer in Punjab Police. A proud member of the first graduating class(2013) of The Educators, Dharyala Jalap - visionary institute built by Chaudhary Muzaffar to uplift an entire community no doubt the finest institution in District Jhelum, standing tall in one of Punjab’s most remote tehsils where I was nurtured by dedicated faculty, and inspired by the worthy Principle Sir Abdullah.
I still remember the extra classes of Ma’am Saira, the rigorous test series of Ma’am Tabassum and Ma’am Naseem, the English classes with Ma’am Sabiha, Dodging the PT sessions of Sir Anayat, the pride we felt during annual functions, and the confidence we gained from debate competitions. Every moment - academic or fun - became part of who I am.
Thank you for shaping me into a confident, capable and compassionate individual. I’m forever grateful and proud to be an alumnus of this esteemed institution.

A Journey That Began at The Educators Dharyala Jalip Campus
My name is Asad Ullah Khan, and I am proud to be an alumnus of The Educators Dharyala Jalip Campus. My journey at this institution began when I transferred from an Urdu-medium curriculum to an English-medium system for the first time. For a student who had been studying science through Urdu textbooks, shifting to English-medium materials such as the TE Science and Oxford textbooks was initially quite challenging. Adapting to a new language of instruction and a different academic approach required time and determination.

At that stage, I was also a rather introverted student, often quiet and reserved in the classroom. However, the patience, encouragement, and dedication of my teachers played a crucial role in helping me adjust and gradually build confidence in myself. With their support and the structured learning environment of the school, I began to see consistent improvement in my academic performance.

My grades steadily progressed from 75% in 7th grade to 85% in 8th grade, and eventually 87% in my Matriculation examinations. The strong academic foundation, discipline, and values that I developed during my years at The Educators became an important stepping stone for my future achievements.

After completing my schooling, I pursued Pre-Medical studies at Kallar Kahar Science College, Kallar Kahar, where I graduated with 96% in Higher Secondary Education. Due to my academic performance, I was awarded a full tuition scholarship for the entire duration of my studies there.

Following this, I began my medical journey at the International School of Medicine, International University of Kyrgyzstan, where I am currently a final-year (5th year) medical student, nearing the completion of my medical degree. During my medical education, I have actively participated in academic and research activities, winning international medical Olympiads and representing my university at numerous international scientific and practical conferences. In recognition of my academic involvement and leadership abilities, I was also appointed as the President of the Student Council at ISMUK.

Reflecting on my journey, I realize that every student grows at their own pace. Sometimes a quiet or introverted student simply needs encouragement, patience, and the right environment to discover their true potential. I encourage current students to stay dedicated to their goals, remain curious, and believe in their abilities, because even small improvements over time can lead to remarkable achievements.

I would also like to share a humble message with parents and teachers: we often cannot predict how far a child may go in life. The small acts of support, encouragement, and understanding from teachers and parents can have a lasting impact on a child’s confidence, motivation, and mental well-being. Those moments of guidance can become the foundation upon which a student builds their future.

Finally, I encourage parents to consider The Educators Dharyala Jalip Campus for their children. It is an institution that not only provides quality education but also nurtures students in a supportive environment where they can grow academically, personally, and confidently.
