ASME UET Peshawar Student Section was founded in the year 2007 under the charismatic leadership of Dr. M. Irfan M***i, Assistant Prof. Abdul Shakoor , and the honorable Mr. Fawad Kiramat (the then SDOB Chair, District-G) to provide the engineering leaders of the future from KPK with a technical platform which could enable them to gain maximum benefit of the international exposure and networking, and help them to conform their engineering level to the international practices. Sir Dr Muhammad Alam zaib khan currently adviser to ASME University of Engineering and Technology of Peshawar (UETP) Internationally .
