Engineerz Of UET Peshawar

Maira Zafar (group lead) and Saira Zafar, students of the Department of Computer Systems Engineering (DCSE), have won the Bronze Innovator Award at the URAAN AI Techathon 1.0 organised by the Ministry of Planning, Development and Special Initiatives (MoPDSI), Government of Pakistan.

Their project "AI Driven Industrial Intelligence System" is a unified smart platform that integrates multiple AI solutions to transform traditional factories into data driven smart factories without requiring expensive infrastructure upgrades.

Maira and Saira are currently working on their Final Year Project (FYP) under the supervision of Dr. Safdar Nawaz Khan Marwat, DCSE, UET Peshawar.

Good news Uetians from the MegaChallenge16. Mega Challenge 2016 was arranged by Department of Sports , Culture , Arechelology and Youth Affairs Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Our own Sidra Amin from Mechatronics department secured 1st Prize (25000Rs) in "English Essay Competetion". She Competed with 200+ students of different universities from all around the Pakistan includin Punjab University , Uni of Lahore , Uni of sindh and Quaid-e-Azam uni. She made Uetians Proud once again. Many congratulations to her.
