BHO wil be attached with Cecos University, finding new ways to improve the environment, to improve caliber standards, improve the image of University & and with all that developing great leaders who would be able lead the further new students in University life . BHO will never work at low standards , its way is different. And it wants to develop this attitude in Youth , by developing their leadership qualities , their personalities , their talks & their abilities to develop others . Pakistan & specially Peshawar wants some positive enthusiastic youth , who can think over the low standards . who can think for change and difference, who have the ability to lead , who have the ability to bring positive change & who have the ability to THINK, and this will be done by this Organization. The Confederation is established to bring peace, harmony, unity and opportunities, directly and indirectly, and to achieve the following objectives:

1) Support people working at local and national levels to develop effective solutions to the problems we are facing together as a nation.

2) Provide opportunities for inclusive dialogue and improved relationships within communities and across conflict divides at all social levels without any gender, cast, or ethnicity discrimination.

3) Influence governments and other decision makers to employ conflict transformation policies that promote alternatives to all the problems.

4) Improve peacemaking practice and policies by promoting learning from peace processes around the world

5) Challenge stereotypes and increase public awareness of human rights, conflict and peace issues in divided societies.

6) Promotepeace building initiatives that engage youth as active participants in development. Our mission is to ensure community participation and organization for the whole process of development through social mobilization, proper planning and to facilitate the people for the sustainable solution of their problems within the limits of our organization. Apart from the participation of the community, the organization itself will try it’s best to provide the utmost opportunities and work for the betterment and peace of Pakistan.
