Established in 1954 in the suburbs of Peshawar city of that time known as Gulbahar, it had a huge campus and a custom made building with 4 workshops that imparted basic technical knowledge in addition to main schooling from 6th till 10th grade.

I visited my school today on 2nd day of Eid ul Fitar. I was shocked to see that the school building was in an extremely shabby and dialapidated condition. The Chowkidar told me that the School's old building will be demolished very soon and in its place new building will be constructed. I was a student of this beautiful school from 1980 to 1985 when I did my Matric from here. I had tears in my eyes and I hope that this building stays.
