It was really a joyful event and a great memory!

After the voting conducted by the President and approval of Advisor, we’ve finally reached the conclusion tha the new official logo of PIChE UET Peshawar Chapter will be this one! It will officially be used from Spring 2024 onwards!and will continue to be our official identity for upcoming sessions!

OATH TAKING CEREMONY PIChE CABINET 2023-24

A glimpse of today’s activities in oath taking and ice break ceremony of PIChE cabinet 2023-24. We thank all the members who showed their commitment and interest in making this event possible!
We also thank all the faculty members who joined us as Guests of honour!
Especially our Society advisor Dr. Naseer Ahmad and Chairman Dept. Of Chemical Engineering, Dr. Mudassar Habib!

“ONEDAY GLASS BLOWING WORKSHOP”

A very fine and productive workshop on “Glass Blowing” was held today arranged by “SCIENTIFIC INSTRUMENTATION CENTRE, UET Peshawar” with Collaboration of Department of Chemical Engineering and Pakistan Institute of Chemical Engineers, UET Peshawar chapter today on 6th of Nov, 2023.
Event started with a beautiful recitation of the Holy Quraan.
Afterwards the Director SIC Dr. Shahid Bashir graced the event with his welcome speech and followed by a brief introduction to the “Scientific Instrumentation Centre”. Dr. Naseer Ahmad and Dr. Naveed ul Hassan delivered lectures on glass blowing and its processes, furthermore Practical Knowledge was gained and Practical Assignments were done in Glass Blowing lab with Mr. RehmatUllah in charge, Chief Guest Dr. Misbah(Chairman Dept. Of Industrial Engg. UET, Peshawar, Treasurer UET Peshawar) awarded the Participants and the Organisers the Certificates of Participation and Appreciation.
The event concluded with a group photo of all the participants and the members!

We want to thank all the participants who attended this Workshop, also the Team PIChE for their wonderful work in Organising this event on behalf of Department of Chemical Engineering, UET Peshawar, Dr. Naveed ul Hassan, Dr. Naseer Ahmad! also a special thanks to The Director SIC, UET Peshawar for his support and guidance in making this event a successful one!
This event was really an important one amongst many of the upcoming great events!

As per the interviews conducted on 24th Oct, 25th Oct and 26th Oct 2023 for the induction drive of PIChE UET Peshawar chapter for the session 2023-24, the list of the General members who were selected for different roles will be displayed on the Notice boards in Chemical Department new block tomorrow 1st November, 2023.
We hope to see all the members participating equally in different events to come!

Alhamdulillah! Another successful event registered in the history book of PIChE UET Peshawar Chapter.
"Step Up With Mentors" Episode 2 took place today. It was a 90 minutes session in which we were joined by our proud alumni working in different industrial sectors. A very informative and complete session in which our alumni shared their life long struggles and motivated & guided the students. It was a diversified session in which all the future prospects of an Engineer were discussed. Different queries of students about the job life were also addressed.
I would like to thank Engr. Bilal Ahmad (Production Engineer MOL Pakistan), Engr. Aneesa Atiq (HSE Engineer PARCO Limited), Engr. Fahad Jamil (Assistant Manager Engro Fertilizers Ltd) and Engr. Moazzam Paracha (Material Planner MOL Pakistan) for taking out their precious time from their hectic schedules. Their presence was a proof of their devotion and dedication to payback what they gained from their department.
Indeed, it was a successful event with 65+ participants. We are passionate about arranging these sought of events in the future too and are already trying to reach out other alumni as well. Thankyou all!

PIChE UETP presents "Stepping up with Mentors" episode 2

We will be joined by Mr. Bilal Ahmad our departmental alumnus, and part of one of the world's leading Oil and Gas Company "MOL Group"

An informal yet very important session for those who crave for industrial jobs after graduation. Every aspect of life after graduation will be discussed such as Life at MOL, pros and cons of industrial jobs, how to keep yourself motivated while facing joblessness, pathway of success, how to crack MNCs' interviews, importance of internships, and the most important point, how difficult it is for UETians to make their way in a competitive atmosphere. The whole purpose of the event is to uplift the morale of students.

AIChE WEC Chapter in collaboration with PIChE UETP chapter brings you, the biggest event of the year, "CHEMEX' 22"

It is a national level event, including participation from different schools, colleges, and universities throughout Pakistan.

It holds a number of modules both Technical and Non-technical with fun-packed socials that make it a remarkable event.

A two day event (25 - 26th May 2022) at University of Wah.
