شناختی کارڈ بلاک کرنے کا کوئی قانونی تصور موجود نہیں۔ لاہور ہائی کورٹ نے واضح طور پر قرار دیا ہے کہ نادرا آرڈیننس 2000 کی دفعہ 18 کے تحت صرف کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ (شناختی کارڈ) کی منسوخی، ضبط یا بحقِ سرکار ضبطی ممکن ہے، جبکہ “بلاکنگ” کا لفظ یا اختیار قانون میں کہیں موجود نہیں۔ عدالت نے مزید قرار دیا کہ ٹرائل کورٹ کو شناختی کارڈ یا پاسپورٹ کے خلاف ایسا کوئی حکم دینے کا اختیار حاصل نہیں تھا، اور نہ ہی پاسپورٹس ایکٹ 1974 ٹرائل کورٹ کو پاسپورٹ کی منسوخی یا ضبط کا اختیار دیتا ہے۔ اسی طرح نادرا کو بینک اکاؤنٹس بلاک کروانے کا بھی کوئی قانونی اختیار حاصل نہیں۔ لہٰذا ایسے تمام احکامات دائرۂ اختیار سے باہر (Without Jurisdiction) قرار دیے گئے.

ISPR has announced its Winter Internship Program 2026, scheduled from 12 January to 20 February, offering students across Pakistan a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience. The internship will be held in 25 cities, including major stations in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Universities have already been allotted slots, and students can register through their respective institutions. The program is completely free, and dedicated ISPR regional contacts are available for guidance from Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 2 PM.

جب فیملی کورٹ کسی فریق کو تحریری جواب (Written Statement) داخل کرنے کے لیے مناسب اور مؤثر موقع فراہم نہ کرے، تو انصاف کے تقاضوں کے تحت اسے ایک اضافی موقع ضرور دیا جانا چاہیے۔ عدالتِ عالیہ نے قرار دیا کہ مقدمات کو جلد نمٹانے کی خواہش قابلِ ستائش ہے، لیکن ایسی جلد بازی ہرگز مناسب نہیں جو عدالتی غور و فکر کے بغیر فیصلے تک پہنچائے۔

فیصلہ واضح کرتا ہے کہ صرف expediency کی بنیاد پر ایسا کوئی قدم نہیں اٹھایا جانا چاہیے جس سے کسی فریق کو ناانصافی یا قانونی prejudice کا سامنا کرنا پڑے۔ عدلیہ پر لازم ہے کہ وہ دونوں اصولوں کے درمیان مؤثر توازن قائم رکھے کہ:

"Justice delayed is justice denied"
اور
"Justice hurried is justice buried"

یعنی نہ تو انصاف میں بلاجواز تاخیر ہونی چاہیے اور نہ ہی اتنی جلدی کہ انصاف ہی دفن ہو جائے۔
