He hasn't made allegations on pharmacist. He has quoted the accused person for his lame excuse.
But unfortunately due to lack of awareness he doesn't know that these medical stores are run by non-pharmacists like in other countries.
There is need to raise our voice and communicate our reservations in professional way.
There is need of awareness on mass level regarding the role of Pharmacist & the flaws in current system.
