Forward Girls College proudly celebrated World Diabetes Day with an insightful event.

Esteemed doctors, including Dr. Arshad Hussain (Consultant Endocrinologist) , Dr. Ashfaq ali (certified diabetologist and endocrinologist) Dr.Nizamud Din ( Consultant Endocrinologist ) along with their team from the Endocrine Society of Pakistan, shared knowledge about diabetes and its hereditary impacts.

Food nutritionists provided valuable advice on maintaining a healthy diet to prevent and manage diabetes.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, where students actively engaged with the experts.

The event wrapped up with the inauguration of a Healthy Food Corner in the college cafeteria, promoting nutritious eating habits for all.

Forward Girls College, welcomed members of the Anti-Narcotics Force who shared crucial information about narcotics, including how they are used and spread within the education sector.

They also discussed prevention strategies and the vital work of the Anti-Narcotics Force in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Together, we can combat this issue and promote a healthier future for our community.

During the visit, our students gained valuable insights into the thalassemia treatment process and blood transfusion services.
