*Summary of the Parent-Teacher Council PTC Meeting at Government High School Bela Mohmandan, Peshawar*

A productive Parent-Teacher Council (PTC) meeting was held at Government High School Bela Mohmandan, Peshawar on November 7, 2025. The meeting was chaired by the school administration and attended by a number of parents and teachers.
During the session, parents were briefed on key issues, including the partial absenteeism of students, inadequate provision of textbooks, and other academic and administrative concerns affecting the school.
Parents actively participated in the discussion and shared valuable suggestions aimed at improving *Students’ Academic Performance* and *Attendance.* One notable proposal was the establishment of a *Parents–Students WhatsApp group* to facilitate regular communication regarding classroom activities, academic progress, and other school-related updates.
This initiative is expected to enhance coordination between the school and parents, ensure timely information sharing, and ultimately contribute to reducing student absenteeism while improving the overall learning environment.
