سیکرٹری PTB، جناب فخرالدین کی زیرِ صدارت اجلاس پاکستان ٹوبیکو بورڈ، پشاور میں منعقد ہوا۔ اس میٹنگ کا ایجنڈا تمباکو سیکٹر میں اوسط قیمت (Weighted Average Price - WAP) کا تعین تھا۔

اجلاس میں تمباکو کمپنیوں، ڈیلرز اور متعلقہ حکام سمیت اہم اسٹیک ہولڈرز نے شرکت کی۔ اجلاس کے دوران قیمتوں کے تعین، مارکیٹ کے رجحانات اور تمام فریقین کے تحفظات پر تفصیلی غور کیا گیا تاکہ تمباکو سیکٹر میں شفافیت اور منصفانہ طریقۂ کار کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔

اس موقع پر تعمیری گفتگو کے ذریعے باہمی روابط کو مضبوط بنانے اور صنعت کی پائیدار ترقی کو فروغ دینے پر زور دیا گیا۔ اس نوعیت کے اجلاس کاشتکاروں، ڈیلرز اور کمپنیوں کے درمیان توازن برقرار رکھنے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتے ہیں، جو بالآخر تمباکو مارکیٹ کے استحکام کا باعث بنتے ہیں۔

Weighted Average Price Meeting – To***co Sector
A significant meeting regarding the Weighted Average Prices (WAP) of to***co was held on 22nd April 2026, bringing together key stakeholders including to***co companies, dealers, and relevant officials.
The session focused on price determination, market trends, and addressing concerns of all parties to ensure transparency and fair practices within the to***co sector. Constructive discussions were held to strengthen coordination and promote sustainable growth in the industry.
Such engagements play a vital role in maintaining balance between growers, dealers, and companies, ultimately contributing to the stability of the to***co market.

ٹوبیکو ریسرچ سنٹر مردان میں زرعی ادویات کے حوالے سے ایک اہم اجلاس منعقد ہوا۔
اجلاس میں زرعی ادویات کے استعمال اور تمباکو کی فصل کو لاحق مختلف بیماریوں پر تفصیلی گفتگو کی گئی۔ تمباکو کمپنیوں کے نمائندگان کا کہنا تھا کہ بعض ادویات کا استعمال تمباکو کی ایکسپورٹ میں رکاوٹ بن رہا ہے۔
کاشتکاروں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ زرعی ادویات اور کھادوں کی قیمتیں بہت زیادہ ہیں، لہٰذا کاشتکاروں کو ان مدات میں ریلیف فراہم کیا جائے۔ مزید برآں، کئی ماہ گزرنے کے باوجود کاشتکاروں کو ادائیگیاں نہ ہونے پر بھی تشویش کا اظہار کیا گیا۔
اجلاس میں کاشتکار تنظیموں، تمباکو کمپنیوں اور زرعی کمپنیوں کے نمائندگان نے شرکت کی۔

A meeting was held regarding collaboration for the identification of mechanization initiatives for to***co growers. The meeting was chaired by the Director R&D. Representatives from PTC, PMI, and KTC participated, while Directors from Zonal Offices and Agronomists also attended via Zoom.

Research Trials of Chemistry and other sections at To***co Research Station Mardan today on 17/04/2026

Director Zonal Office, Mr. Bilal Anwar, visited the To***co Model Farm, Pishin, on 15-04-2026. During the visit, he inspected the office building, wheat crop, and to***co nursery.
He provided guidance on improving office management and maintaining proper record-keeping. He also advised on balanced fertilizer application for the wheat crop and advised sowing the to***co nursery on raised seed beds instead of flat sowing for better results.
Furthermore, he directed that plantation be carried out along the boundaries of the farm, similar to the existing plantation at the front side. He appreciated the ongoing efforts in tree plantation and the overall management of the farm

پاکستان ٹوبیکو بورڈ (PTB) ہیڈ آفس پشاور میں تمباکو کاشتکاروں کی ادائیگیوں سے متعلق ایک اہم اجلاس 9 اپریل 2026 بروز جمعرات صبح 10:30 بجے منعقد ہوا۔
اجلاس کی صدارت سیکرٹری PTB جناب فخرالدین نے کی۔ انہوں نے متعلقہ تمباکو کمپنیوں کو سختی سے ہدایت جاری کی جنہوں نے ابھی تک بقایاجات کی ادائیگی نہیں کی، کہ وہ تمباکو کاشتکاروں کے بقایاجات بروقت اور جلد از جلد ادا کریں تاکہ کاشتکاروں کو کسی قسم کی مالی مشکلات کا سامنا نہ کرنا پڑے۔
مزید برآں، متعلقہ تمباکو کمپنیوں کو ہدایت کی گئی کہ وہ اپنی رپورٹس جلد از جلد پاکستان ٹوبیکو بورڈ میں جمع کروائیں۔

A farewell party was arranged today by the staff of the Zonal Office in honor of Mr. M. Yousaf (Ex-UDC). On this occasion, Mr. Bilal Anwar (DZO) and Dr. Waqas Gillani (Agronomist), along with the Zonal Office staff, expressed their heartfelt gratitude for his dedicated services. All staff members shared the positive memories of his time in the office and extended their best wishes and prayers for his future endeavors.
