پرائیویٹ تعلیمی اداروں کے مقابلے میں تعلیمی اعتبار سے سب سے ذیادہ کوالیفائیڈ اور اعلی تعلیم کے حامل ٹیچرز سرکاری سکولوںز میں ہیں کوہ دامان میں اگر کوئی پرائیویٹ تعلیمی ادارہ یہ دعوا کرتا ہے کہ میرے ساتھ سرکاری سکولوںز سے بہتر سٹاف ہے تو وہ سب سے بڑا دھوکہ باز

سرکاری سکولوں میں پروپر چیک نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے اور طلباءوطالبات کی ذیادہ تعداد کی وجہ سےٹیچرز ہر سٹوڈنٹ کو وہ توجہ نہیں دے سکتے ہیں کہ جس کی ان کو ضرورت ہوتی ہے اور بعض ٹیچرز اپنی ذمہ داریاں ایمانداری سے ادا نہ کرنے کی وجہ سے وہاں کامعیار خراب ہے

آپ میں بعض والدین نے پرائیویٹ تعلیمی اداروں کے سٹوڈنٹس کے مارکس سے یہ اندازہ لگا کے کہ اس ادارے کا معیار تو بہت اعلٰی ہے اپنا بچہ یا بچی وہاں داخل بھی کیا ہو گا اس نے مارکس بھی لیے ہوں گے ایمانداری سے اپنے آپ کو جواب دے کہ ان کے مارکس اور قابلیت آپس میں میچ ہو رہے ہیں

دوکاندار وہی سودا دوکان پر رکھتا جو فروخت ہوتا اوران کے نقل کا یہ سوداابھی تک بہترین بک رہا ہے

اس تمام صورتحال میں معیاری تعلیم کی توقع رکھنا خام خیالی ہوگی

ورنہ تو سائن بورڈز پر ہزاروں میں نمبرز لینے والے طلباء و طالبات کے تصاویر جس میں پرائیویٹ سکولز والے یہ دعوا کرتے ہیں کی میرے سکول کے طلباءوطالبات نے پورے ایشیا کو مارکس میں ٹاپ کر دیا ہے اگر وہ اس دعوے میں سچے ہوتے تو گزشتہ 10 سال کے یہ قابل ترین سٹوڈنٹس پوری دنیا کے ڈاکٹرز انجینئرز وغیرہ کی ضرورت ان سے پوری ہو جاتی دنیاکے باقی کے ممالک کے لوگوں کو پڑھنے کی ضرورت ہی نہ ہوتی ان کے لیے کوہ دامان اور کوہاٹ روڈ کے یہ قابل سپوت کافی ہیں

اگر سہولیات کی بات کی جائے تو متنی میں میرے خیال میں بمشکل چار پرائیویٹ تعلیمی ادارے ہوں گے جن کی سہولیات سرکاری سکولوںز سے بہتر ہیں باقی سب کے ناقص

بعض پرائیویٹ تعلیمی ادارے تو ایسے بھی ہیں اگر آپ والدین نے اندر کے حالات دیکھ لیں تو آپ ان کو فیس نہیں بلکہ ان سے فیس وصول کر کے بھی آپ اپنے بچوں کو وہاں داخل نہیں کریں گے

آخر میں پڑھنا آپ کے بچے یا بچی نے ہے ہر وہ سرکاری یا پرائیویٹ سکول جس میں ہر مضمون کو پڑھانے والے ٹیچرز ، مناسب سہولیات اور مناسب تعداد میں سٹوڈنٹس نہ کہ بہت ذیادہ تعداد کہ آپ کے بچے اور بچی کو توجہ ہی نہ ملے وہ بہترین ہے لیکن اگر آپ کا بچہ یا بچی پڑھنے والے نہ ہو تو ان کے لیے اوپر تذکرہ شدہ سب بے مقصد ہے

معیار کا انحصار صرف سکول یا ٹیچرز پر نہیں ہیں بلکہ طلباءوطالبات اور ان کے والدین کا مثبت رول بھی انتہائی ضروری ہے

اور بھی بہت کچھ کہا لکھا جا سکتا ہے بس عقل کے مالکان کو یہ کافی ہیں.
