Muhammad Qasim Najam has been appointed as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan under the 2025 clerkship selection. He is one of only two candidates selected from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, marking a notable achievement.

This prestigious appointment reflects Mr. Qasim Najam’s outstanding academic credentials and professional excellence, as well as the rigorous legal training and institutional strength of TILS Peshawar. Supreme Court judicial law clerkships are awarded through a highly competitive process and demand exceptional proficiency in constitutional law, legal research, and judicial analysis.

In addition to this milestone, Muhammad Qasim Najam is widely regarded as one of the finest faculty members at TILS Peshawar, known for his academic insight, mentorship, and dedication to legal education. His appointment not only represents a significant professional accomplishment but also further strengthens TILS Peshawar’s reputation for producing and nurturing legal professionals capable of serving at the highest levels of Pakistan’s judiciary.

TILS Peshawar continues to bridge the gap between theory and practice through experiential learning initiatives. The recently held Mock Trial, led by our faculty members Barrister Raiq Uddin Khattak and Advocate Qasim Najam, provided students with a realistic courtroom environment, encouraging analytical thinking, teamwork, and professional excellence.
