However, behind this inspiring success lies a difficult reality that demands attention. Wara Mamond Tehsil currently has no girls’ high school. For many young girls in the area, education comes to a halt after Class Eight—not due to lack of ambition, but due to lack of access.
In the past, several girls’ primary schools in the region remained occupied during military operations for years, disrupting education for an entire generation. As a result, countless talented and determined girls were unable to continue their studies.
Her success is not a reflection of a supportive system—it is a testament to resilience despite systemic challenges.
This raises an urgent and important question:
When will basic educational facilities, such as a girls’ high school, be established in Wara Mamond?
The potential is clearly there. The determination is evident. What remains missing is opportunity.
One school can change hundreds of lives. It is time to act.

The FLTA Program is a nine-month, U.S. Department of State funded, non-degree program that provides young teachers of English an opportunity to refine their teaching skills, increase their English language proficiency and extend their knowledge of the society and culture of the United States, while teaching their native language to U.S. students and strengthening foreign language instruction at U.S. colleges and universities. Fulbright FLTA participants also interact with their host communities in conversation groups, extracurricular activities, and community outreach projects. Fulbright FLTA participants must immediately return to their home countries upon completion of the program.

دنیا کی بڑی قومیں تحقیق کو قوم سازی کا ہتھیار سمجھتی ہیں۔ امریکہ، چین، جرمنی، جاپان اور جنوبی کوریا میں ریسرچ کا مطلب ہے:
سوال پیدا کرنا… مسئلہ تلاش کرنا… تجربہ کرنا… ڈیٹا اکٹھا کرنا… ناکام ہونا… دوبارہ کوشش کرنا… اور پھر دنیا کو نیا علم دینا۔
مگر پاکستان میں اکثر جگہ ریسرچ کا مطلب بدل چکا ہے۔
یہاں طالب علم کو سب سے پہلے کیا سکھایا جاتا ہے؟
فونٹ کون سا ہوگا؟
سائز 12 ہوگا یا 14؟
Line spacing 1.5 ہوگی یا 2؟
Heading bold ہوگی یا italic؟
یعنی تحقیق سے پہلے فارمیٹنگ، علم سے پہلے Template، اور سوال سے پہلے Style Guide۔
دنیا کی بہترین یونیورسٹیاں محقق سے پوچھتی ہیں:
“تم نے نیا کیا دریافت کیا؟”
اور ہم پوچھتے ہیں:
“Times New Roman کیوں نہیں لگایا؟”
یہی فرق قوموں کی تقدیر بدل دیتا ہے۔
جب دوسری قومیں لیبارٹری میں مستقبل بنا رہی تھیں، ہم margin set کر رہے تھے۔
جب وہ نئی ادویات، نئی ٹیکنالوجی، نئی AI اور نئی صنعتیں بنا رہے تھے، ہم thesis binding کے رنگ پر بحث کر رہے تھے۔
نتیجہ آج سامنے ہے۔
پاکستان کے تحقیقی نظام پر fake publications، duplicate papers، questionable practices اور paper mills جیسے سوالات اٹھ رہے ہیں، جبکہ دنیا کی معتبر research integrity studies اس بحران کی نشاندہی کر رہی ہیں۔ �
