Agree with vs Agree to.

Agree with: is used specially agreeing with a person.
E.g : Salman agrees with his father on the decision of going abroad the country.
Agree to: is used specially with non-human entity such as Idea.
E.g: Salman agrees to his father on what he said(It refers to an idea).
