The Frontier school of excellence arranged a paid Montessori teachers training.
Montessori training for teachers is an excellent way to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. The Montessori method focuses on child-centered learning, hands-on activities, and individualized instruction. This training covered topics such as:

1. Montessori philosophy and principles
2. Classroom preparation and environment
3. Materials and activities for different age groups
4. Observation and assessment techniques
5. Lesson planning and presentation
6. Classroom management and community building

This training gave benefit to the teachers and ultimately the students, as they learned how to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
