Cultural exhibition held at Mardan Women University on account of Independence Day and Inauguration of their new campus. The Department of Art and Design, from Government Home Economics College Pirpai exhibited their paintings, pottery, digital prints and tehzib art. All the art works were highly appreciated by the audience.

As part of their Community Development project, Combined efforts of the students of Human Development and Family Studies Department, Principal and Teachers, resulted in collection of some money to buy few items for the daycare.They purchased different child-friendly and educational decoration items and installed them in the daycare. The students worked together to create a colorful, safe, and welcoming environment for the children. Through this project, they aimed to make the daycare more attractive and comfortable while providing a positive space for children to learn and play. This activity also demonstrated teamwork, community participation, responsibility, and the practical contribution of students to the well-being of their college community.

Directorate of Higher Education Department, Peshawar held a meeting regarding constituting committee for AI workshop and Conference. Meeting held under the chairmanship of Dr. Syed Ishtiaq Hussain Additional Director Academics. Various ideas shared for the successful organisation of AI conferenc. Ms. Urooj E Khizran Assistant Professor of Art & Design from College of Home Economics participated in the meeting.

Students of BS 6, Department of Art and Design, arranged an awareness session for the females of Nowshera, as a part of their Internship. The session was a success and Ms Zobia was awarded with a shield for best internee. This session was arranged under the supervision of District Youth Affairs Nowshera.

Students of BS 8, Department of Art and Design, completed their Remote Internship with Studio S.3, Peshawar. During their Internship they learned about how to identify the target market, to know about the preferences of the target audience and how to deliver the final commissioned product as freelance artists. For that matter, students visited fast food chains, cafes and fine diners in nowshera, collected data and delivered a final product for the selected restaurant.
